I have to give a shout out to the excellent valet team at the grand bohemian! I was in a pinch and needed some quick help and they were so kind.

50th birthday celebration weekend. Did not disappoint. They even sent complimentary champagne and chocolates to our room.

I was excited to stay here, as it's the nicest non-Disney hotel in Orlando. The rooms are fine. But, staying here was really embarrassing. Read on if you care! I will be staying at Disney-area hotel next time, even if I'm not going to the parks.

The hotel is SO annoying. I haven't been able to use the pool in nearly the entire 4 days due to influencers filming content and asking you to move around them like they were filming an actual movie. When I say influencers, I mean 10+ individual groups consisting of the influencer and someone with a clipboard filming them and the thousands of takes and retakes recording a pre-written script. It was patheticccccccc.

"Are you a business woman trying to get her business body back?" Next take. "Are you a nurse trying to get her business body back?". Next take. "Are you a nurse who is struggling to find time in her busy schedule?".

"Bro, you might want to be holding a 'prop water', let's get one from the bar. And sir, can you please move to the other side of the pool? We're filming here."

... "Are you a business woman who struggles to get her business body on the right track?"

I don't even think these people were staying at the hotel. Anyway, it was such an unflattering look! I thought I was staying in a luxury hotel, not summer camp for unemployed 22 year olds being asked to move so they can trick nurses and business women into feeling badly about their bodies.

I did talk to the hotel and ask if there was some kind of event going on, and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. This leads me to believe this is an 'all the time thing'.

Mike was very friendly and had an amazing attitude even with the demanding large crowd.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff. Samantha at the front desk was very helpful. I would stay here again.

Visited the bohemian restaurant, the place is absolutely beautiful and upscale but the food was very mediocre in taste , we ordered salmon and seabass entrees the presentation was great but had no taste! As far as the price because the food wasn’t to my liking I say that it was overpriced. The drinks are really great and also the bread! If you are looking for a restaurant with ambience this place is perfect , they also have a musician playing the piano and that was beautiful.

Our arrival was regrettably delayed, and check-in was not facilitated until 6:30pm. Despite having reserved accommodations featuring two queen beds, we were presented with a room equipped solely with a single bed, without the possibility of alternative arrangements. This compelled us to accept rollaway bed, there was no other choice. Regrettably, the mattresses on both the king bed and the rollaway bed proved to be overly soft, enveloping us in an uncomfortable sinking sensation and severely detracting from our ability to achieve a restful night's sleep.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are very nice, and the front line staff was great. However, I booked this hotel for two night to attend a wedding in October 2023 and there was excessive construction noise in the rooms from 8:00 to 5:00 on Saturday and Sunday. When I booked and during our stay there was nothing on the website for the hotel or Expedia indicating any renovation or any impacts. Had there been I would have booked elsewhere. You could be in the room for more than a few mins. Expedia contacted the hotel on my behalf and the hotel would not compensate for the impact. Expedia did give me some credit which was appreciated. I’d maybe wait a year until they are done with the renovations. You don’t want to stay here with that noise.

Beautiful space with kind and considerate staff, and a conveniently located Starbucks - it’s right in the lobby!

If you are a local and you wish to eat at this hotel restaurant PLEASE DO NOT. They don’t care if you don’t like the food, a steak that it’s not steak ( instead it tastes like roast beef ) served COLD with sticky fried potatoes. Of course we didn’t eat it, we complained to the server, we asked him to tell the chef about it ( he didn’t )….we asked for the manager to let them know ( but we was told that the manager was in a meeting ).. even if we complained and we didn’t touched the food the check was brought to us IN FULL !!! with an intimidating attitude… If this is your day off and you are looking to enjoy your day. This is NOT YOUR PLACE.
we was holding reservations for Sunday brunch OF COUSE WE CANCELLED IT.
They shouldn’t charge us, but again , they don’t care.

One of my favorite hotels very elegant has a great Sunday branch that’s really good for just saying the roof is not spectacular OK right downtown Orlando right by the performing center Dr Phillips across from City Hall. I would recommend if you were traveling you’re coming to Orlando is gonna be one of thoseprize accommodation activities very easy valet parking is there

Bonny Bass and I are Marriott bonvoy members! Every time we stay here it is fabulous! Love just everything about this hotel! See you the 16th of March! Kudos to the GM and all the staff!!!!!

Currently here now not a good start the disabled left not working so now my wife can't use the pool so which she wanted to very disappointing as a member so now we are sat on the lower section waiting for food as the smell of sewer waves by

Very beautiful hotel. Restaurant in hotel amazing, but need do reservations. Rooms you reserved are not guaranteed. We ordered a kings bedroom, and we got two queens. After taking to manager we got king ????‍♀️

Loved my stay here! Everything was excellent, and the staff was on point at every turn. We will be back!

Can't beat the Grand Bohemian as far as location and proximity to everything in downtown Orlando. They've renovated the place and it looks MUCH better!

I came here for Sunday brunch and Adele was our server. You know when some thing is so perfect that you have tears of joy. That’s what this place was. I thought the buffet wasn’t going to be the best, but it was the upscale buffet and restaurant combo I’ve been to. I went to brunches all around the world this is definitely top five. The live jazz the ambiance and the architectural elements of the place really make it so special. Our server Adele was a breath of fresh air. You really feel when someone enjoy what they do and they come with the best attitude. I recommend this brunch for romantic for twos or girl brunches. Classic and iconic. I will be back.

We are here now on the 15th floor. The check in process was good, room service food is excellent, it’s pricey but I expected that. Staff is friendly. Great location. The room is decent as well. EXCEPT for the noise from pool bar on the 6th floor. It sounds like the club is in the room with us. Loud techno music. If you stay here you need to make sure you are not facing the pool. You will not be able to relax or watch a movie before going out for the night. The TV volume needs to be way up to even hear it. Hotel is completely full so a room change would be difficult. I cannot imagine the people at the pool bar can have any kind of conversation the music is so loud. Very poor planning on the hotel’s part. It is not cheap to stay here quiet should be an option for people.

The rooftop bar is nice but the electronic music was extremely loud so you couldn't talk without shouting. Parking is also expensive. We won't be going back.

Just a horrible experience
