Located close to the parks, this great luxury complex opened its doors in 2005, and offers a wide range of services, swimming pool, spa, golf, bars, restaurants, shopping desks for attractions, etc. Here the client is king, and the atmosphere is undeniably very chic.

Very nice place, great pool, fantastic breakfast buffet.

The soccer fields are nice, parking can be a challenge. Sport tournament parking closer to the field is $10 per day. If you try to self park at the hotel it is $30 per day. Over all nice real grass complex.

Excellent resort facility. Huge pool area with wave machine and large kids area. Full golf facility.

I was a hired as a wedding officiant for a wedding that was held there and the service and attention to detail was impeccable! The food was great and the servers, Rahsaun, Arturo, Paoula hands down the best! Highly recommend this hotel and the team of wedding coordinators!
Instead of a warm welcome, we were met with a cold and dismissive attitude. The receptionist seemed more interested in scrolling on their phone than assisting us with our inquiries.
Despite our attempts to engage in conversation and share our excitement for our stay, the receptionist remained aloof and uninterested. It was disheartening to see such a lack of enthusiasm from a staff member at the happiest place on earth.
This encounter put a damper on our entire Disney experience, as we had hoped for exceptional service throughout our stay. It's disappointing that even at a renowned resort like Disney, there are staff members who fail to embody the magic and spirit of the brand.
I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure that all guests receive the magical experience they deserve at the Disney Resort.
