From the moment I approached the front desk, Tia greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Her friendly demeanor immediately made me feel welcome and set the tone for the rest of my stay. Throughout my interactions with Tia, she consistently demonstrated a remarkable dedication to customer service.
Tia's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. She not only efficiently handled my check-in process but also took the time to provide me with valuable information about the hotel amenities and local attractions. Her thorough knowledge and eagerness to assist made me feel confident that I was in good hands.
What truly impressed me was Tia's ability to maintain a positive attitude even during busy periods. THIS WAS THE MOST GHETTO, WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK HERE AGAIN. AND THAT RACHET AND UNPROFESSIONAL LADY AT THE DESK NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH RED ROOF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BBB AS WELL.
The only way to fix this with me is to refund my money. I was never checked into a room. They wanted to downgrade my room. That’s not how it works. If you downgrade my roof you need to refund me the difference PERIOD.
Great customer service is hard to find these days, but your team is A+!
