It's a magical event that heralds the end of year celebrations. That evening, at nightfall, dozens of boats decorated with garlands of lights sail on the John River to the delight of amazed visitors. The boats (which are local) are of all sizes and styles. A jury then selects the winners. This parade on the water is a unique show, which ends with a fireworks display.
