Museum located in a magnificent Tudor-style mansion, offers one of the richest collections in North Florida

In a magnificent Tudor-style mansion, the Cummer Museum offers one of the richest collections in North Florida, from medieval painting, through the Renaissance and the paintings of Velasquez, to the Baroque and its emotion... The part dedicated to children offers interactive exhibits to appreciate art while having fun. The best part is behind the patio: a colorful garden, on one side English and on the other Italian, with thousands of flowers, overlooks the bay.

Très riche collections de peintures et de sculptures surtout américaines, avec des œuvres solides de Max Weber, Saul Berman, Augusta Savage, Thomas Benton, Childe Hassam .... ) et un déroutant Andy Warhol de plusieurs m2 intitulé ': Dix portraits de juifs du XXe siècle" . La France est bien représenté notamment pas Georges d'Espagnat et pas André Lhote.
