Installed in an old ice factory, this distillery is 100% made in St. Augustine since it gathers several local producers. You are greeted as if you were a factory worker with a ticket that is stamped to say that you have clocked in at the factory. After a short presentation of the history of the distillery, you go to discover the machines and the manufacturing process of the strong alcohols elaborated on the spot (vodka, gin...). You are entitled to a small tasting and discounts in the store.
