LIGHTNER MUSEUM
Museum in the building of the old Alcazar Hotel, exhibiting a collection of nineteenth century objects of the collector Otto Lightner
This museum is housed in the building of the old and superb Alcazar Hotel, built in 1888. It offers a beautiful collection of paintings, sculptures, porcelain and furniture, most of which date from the 19th century. It is very heterogeneous and often unusual because it is all the objects collected over time by the collector Otto Lightner, a character eager for originality. Temporary exhibitions are also organized. You can extend your visit by having lunch at the Cafe Alcazar, in place of the hotel's old swimming pool.
