When we first arrived there was some initial confusion on where our rooms were because of how big the hotel was. The rooms were clean and had a beautiful and the hotel was also beautiful.

This “resort” is in rough condition. Needs updates pretty badly. Our room was in okay shape, but definitely rough around the edges. Anyone who has access to the beach can also come up and use the pool as if it is public. Elevators weren’t working most of the time and stairwells were gross. We came back from dinner our first evening and our whole floor reeked of marijuana which had also infiltrated into our room.

The absolute worst management I've ever experienced in my life. After my most recent experience Marriott is looking like the option for me and my business associate because they will will follow. Training in customer service and basic competency is necessary for the manager at this location...

Some families went down 6 flights of stairs with babies in stroller and their wagon to get to competition on time. NOT SAFE AT ALL
The air conditioning wasn’t working enough to cool rooms many also complained in the elevators regarding this.
No microwave in the rooms and very small refrigerator.
Balcony that was a JOKE you could open door but barely stand on it no sitting on it but paid extra for it.
Beside your room rate you were charged resort fee of additional 25.00 that was never discussed at the booking time. And some were told you had no choice but to valet park their self parking was full an additional fee of 40.00 per day.
During 1 afternoon it rained and they had totes out in lobby to caught rain coming through roof and towels down on the floor.
No adjusting fees for all these things to help with the complaints!
We did ask for a manager to call us regarding all of this but haven’t gotten one as yet!
So before you stay there you may need to ask lots of questions so you can enjoy your stay. They really need to do major work on this hotel and the rates you pay are unreal for this. We have never stayed at one so bad!
