The front desk staff on 3/2/24 at check-in was one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to in my life. I literally asked her if I done something to upset her and her reply was “I don’t know did you?!?”…..rude, dismissive, confrontational…for literally no reason….first time and last time for us at Bahama House.

IF YOURE PAYING WITH A CARD PLEASE ???????? PAY THE DEPOSIT IN CASH. These people charged my TWICE and has not released me my deposit but says they have. My bank says they charged you as a transaction so I’m left having to wait for this to post and DISPUTE bc they robbed for $100
