Kennedy Space Center with the attractions and the space center to visit by bus with a stop at the Appollo/Saturne V Center

The Kennedy Space Center is composed of two parts. At the entrance, there are the "attractions" to discover independently: flight simulator, playground for children, exhibitions, Rocket Garden where many rockets are exposed... Then there is the "space center" part that you must visit by bus with a stop at the two main sites including theApollo/Saturne V Center (included in the price). It takes 2h30 on average to visit the two sites of the space center, including the bus tour; it is really the most exciting and impressive part of the center. You will get close to the huge Vehicle Assembly Building with the NASA logo (where the Saturn V shuttle was built) and the rocket launch base (NASA and Space X). By the way: be aware that your visit may coincide with the launch of a space shuttle! Even if it is frequent that these are rescheduled according to the weather. The Kennedy Space Center website offers tickets to watch the launch from the Main Visitor Complex with live commentary. It is possible to go independently to one of the 3 observation posts located around the Kennedy Space Center or to consult the launch program on the website. Whether you take off or not, we absolutely advise you to spend the day there as the discoveries are so exciting. You will also find 3 stores and 5 restaurants.

A voir
