Great location and amazing staff

Excellent hotel. Feels at home, away from home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

What truly set this hotel apart was their thoughtful gesture for my birthday. Not only did they surprise us with a complimentary bottle of wine, but they also presented a small, memorable gift that added a personal touch to the celebration. It's these little details that make a stay truly unforgettable.

Heerlijk hotel met een appartement. We kwamen helemaal tot rust in deze prachtige omgeving. De gastvrouw is supervriendelijk en je zit dichtbij alles. We komen hier zeker nog terug

Meine Frau hatte die Villa Venezia im Internet gefunden und gebucht und man kann sagen, damit durchaus einen Treffer gelandet.
Hatten wir in den Hotels zuvor oft 10-stöckige Gebäude, besteht die Villa Venezia aus maximal 2-geschoßigen Gebäudeteilen. Es ist damit natürlich insgesamt sehr viel kleiner als die Hotelkomplexe von Hyatt und Co, damit aber auch viel familiärer.
Ich kann natürlich nur über unser Zimmer sprechen, dabei handelt es sich aber genau genommen nicht um ein Zimmer, sondern um Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, eine kleine Küche und Bad. Es wäre zwar nicht mein absoluter Lieblingseinrichtungsstil, ich mag es etwas moderner, alles war aber sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sowas ist bekanntlich auch Geschmackssache.
Die Chefin, Andrea, kommt übrigens aus Nürnberg und lebt anscheinend schon 15 Jahre in den USA. Wir haben uns ein bisschen unterhalten, war ein nettes Gespräch. Aber auch ihre Angestellte, die mit uns die Anreiseformalitäten erledigt hat, war sehr freundlich und kommunikativ.
Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber sehr angenehm was die Wassertiefe und -Temperatur anging.
Das Hotel liegt auf einer dieser langezogenen Inseln mit direktem Anschluß an das Innenwassernetz von Fort Lauderdale. Sehr schön, ein paar Boote waren auch gleich dort angemacht, für Wasserfreunde ein Genuß. Auf Grund der wahnsinnig angenehmen Temperaturen konnte man auch sehr lange am Abend da draußen am Wasser sitzen (oder auf einem der Balkone, wenn man ein Zimmer oben hat).
Die Downtown von Fort Lauderdale mit der Las Olas Road ist fußläufig erreichbar, die Lage also bestens.
Wir können die Villa Venezia nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Lovely accommodation. This is our second stay at Villa Venezia and it was just as good as the first time. The apartments have everything you need and more. The hosts are great too, ensuring everything we requested was in our apartment on arrival. For some the apartments may be a bit far from the beach or las olas, but we think they are perfectly situated between both and enjoy the short stroll to either (only 25 mins to the beach and about 20 mins to the near end of las olas). We'll definitely be back again.

Hands down, one of the best places I've ever booked for a vacation! From arrival to departure, everything was incredible. The property is extremely well-kept, and the pool also gets great sun for most of the day. The staff (and especially the owner Andrea) went out of their way to ensure comfort and peace during the stay, and really made us feel right at home. We enjoyed a clean, large, beautiful room with immaculate views of the pool and canals. (The room was even better than the photos they had online - and that usually never happens!)

Though we only stayed for 2 nights, we will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

Super Lage: sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse, umgeben von Wasser. Zentrum kann zu fuß erreicht werden.
Alles war sehr sauber. Liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr bequeme Betten.

Such a great place to stay with your family. Location was within walking distance to downtown area with plenty of good restaurants and boutiques. The owner is a pleasure to work with.

Very positive experience. Late September is not high season, and perhaps this helped. However, the apartment was delightful and did not lack any comfort. Parking is included, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The area is nice, not very close to the beach or the center. If you love walking there is no problem otherwise you should know that when staying in this area you will have to use transport to get around.

This is a perfect way to start your holiday...
