Museum to discover exhibits on Fort Lauderdale's aeronautical history.
This small open museum is located on the site of the city's former naval air station, built in 1942. It was particularly active during the Second World War. Building #8, which now houses the museum, is the only structure still standing and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Here you can see a Link Trainer (a flight simulator from the 1930s-1950s) and see exhibits on the theme of aviation history.
