Autograph Collection hotel complex offering 177 designer rooms and suites in Key Largo.

On a huge green and tropical plot of land by the sea, this hotel complex of the Autograph Collection group offers 177 rooms and suites of great design, as well as 10 bungalows closer to the beach for more privacy. The central pool facing the sea is very pleasant and the Ocean Spa will relax those who dream of a 100% Zen stay. The La Marea restaurant is also a good Mediterranean restaurant with dishes based on local products. Other amenities include a fitness room, several bars, water sports activities... A great address!

Hotel is in a beautiful location and has a beautiful pool. The room itself was very nice. However, it needed to be refreshed. Broken tile in the shower with pink mold that needs to be scrubbed. And the furniture was very very worn down. The bed and pillows were comfortable but I was shocked at the ripped and worn down chairs, considering that we paid almost $900 per night. Management didn’t seem the least bit concerned when I expressed my disappointment over the ripped furniture in our room and dirty shower. Also very difficult to find chairs by the pool as people wake up very early to claim chairs and then leave their towels lying on the chair for the entire day, while they are out doing other activities. They also had s’mores every night from 8 to 9 PM but by the time we arrived every night at around 8:30 they were either out of chocolate or out of graham crackers. we enjoyed the food at all the restaurants and the beach side servers were wonderful. Hotel had live music throughout day and evening which was very nice.

Beware booking groups.
Once a group is booked, Marriott will give you the run-around in changing your reservation. I just spent over an hour speaking to four different people none of whom could assist in correcting our travel dates.

Very disappointed to say the least. I never write bad reviews but here’s a long one. Hotel is nothing like the pictures, the only good thing about it is the beach. Booked it for 4 days, upon arriving the young valet boys were very slow, one of them went inside and we had to unpack our own bags, then even after paying for valet he proceeded to park our car in the back at the self park.. Rooms are FILTHY! Upon arrival Our room had sand all over the floor, couch was stained and dirty , bathroom glass was disgusting, bathroom tiles had pink mold all over, the glass sliding doors had smudges on it as well. We called and were switched to another room which was slightly cleaner but still filthy & had BED BUGS ! The ceiling fan full of dust as well as the sliding door, the bathroom mirror full of dust again and the bathroom tiles still dirty.. We called for extra towels and pillows and a lady arrived with just towels, we then asked for pillows, she giggled and walked away saying she’ll be back and came back with pillow cases ! At this point I’m really annoyed, I nicely said we requested 4 pillows and she proceeded to laugh and ask “why” my mind was blown… After some back and forth she came back with only two pillows and I just gave up at this point. Pillows are horrible, bed isn’t so comfortable. Day 3 we asked for our room to be cleaned up, when we come back we had no towels and our sheets weren’t even changed, all she did was make the bed and leave the same dirty, sandy sheets, floor was still filthy… Also, my 2 year old had an accident in the pool where she pooped in her diaper and some of it came down her leg and was in the pool, we notified a staff he said he will take it up with a manager and the pool was never closed.. they let everyone swim in feces I was disgusted ! That’s the last time we used the pool. The food is alright nothing crazy, buffet breakfast is overcooked and over priced. They don’t even have a water stand at the lobby and the one they do have is by a shop and they charge for it. The staff besides house keeping was great, and the beach is beautiful but other than that this hotel is very crappy and I will not be back. Oh ! Forgot to mention the carpet through out the building was filthy through out the stay, paint chipped off the wall and on the floor, corners full of dirt. Ugh it’s a rip off !

first time taking the time to write a review, but the uncomfortable experience we had and the worst costumer service given to us needs to be told. There is a lady named Yolanda that works at the resort, she treated us so badly that she made us feel discriminated. She should not be part of the hotels industry with that attitude and rudeness towards hotel guests.
