This is a good compromise because the hotel is slightly eccentric of the animation around Duval Street. The city centre, in a few minutes'walk from the hotel, can be reached in a few minutes. In this huge area all white dressed, the rooms are small, comfortable, nicely decorated, although a little dark. In the public areas, a small lounge area and a library are available. On-site: Swimming pool and Jacuzzi 24 hours a day.

Their cancelation policy is predatory. My husband and I had a birthday weekend booked March 22-25. Because of bad weather, our whole fight was canceled Friday and we were unable to get to Key West until Monday morning. ( Our reservation ended Monday Morning ) Every restaurant and guide for the weekend completely understood and gave us a refund .
With Eden House, we were unable to ever talk to a manager.(called for 2 weeks) We also sent multiple emails with no response at all. These emails were sent before and after the trip should of started. ( Their cancelation policy says to email them.)
We go to Key West a couple times a year. We will never stay at Eden House or recommend this place to anyone.
