On the seaside, you'll find a duo of fish carpaccio and tartar, or a swordfish steak with combava sauce; and on the land, duck breast with forest mushrooms, or an Indian-style chicken gratin. Regional dishes are also on the menu: chicken coco, rougail boucané or sausages and duck with ginger. All accompanied by fresh fruit juices. To be enjoyed on site in a modern, air-conditioned room with wifi, or to take away.
