Although authentically Chinese, the cuisine at Orient Express has recently evolved to include a dose of French cuisine. The varied menu includes starters such as nems, wane tane, sarcives and fritters, followed by a wide range of noodles, chicken, beef, pork and fish dishes. The great classics of Chinese gastronomy are also on the menu: Peking duck in sweet and sour sauce, upside-down bowl, chop suey or minced pork with ginger. Wide choice of meats and fish. All dishes are also available to take away.
