Hosted with brio by master restaurateur Davy Lesches, l'Hippocampe seems like a UFO in the Mauritanian culinary landscape. This grand, haute cuisine (from kangaroo pavé to vigneronne sauce!) is located in the Kawéni area, and as its cuisine expands, so does its clientele. We love it!
