MAFÉDA ARTISTE PEINTRE

A true guardian of the traditional arts of the Perfume Island, Maféda is an artist who performs at temporary exhibitions in Mayotte and in mainland France. She explores the field of color by mixing scenes and popular sites from everyday life in Mayotte, playing with nuances and perspectives. She herself proposes visits to sacred or ancient sites, such as the Maison du Gouverneur in Petite-Terre or the mosque in Poélée. She will talk to you about the energies felt on the island in her work, and about her work as an artist.
