Around Lake Kariani

So yes, this freshwater restraint (one of the few that the island has!) does not present bright, enchanting colours, but it has abundant fauna and flora. Amateur ornithologists can test their knowledge by observing the many birds coming to nest in these porous fields, while budding botanists can admire the diversity of plant species that feed on lake water. A recommended trip to the rainy season, because the extent is reduced considerably when the heat rises.
