The heights of Mamoudzou begin at the hospital. From there, you will enjoy the superb view on Petite-Terre and will join the district of Convalescence. By following the left side of the road, you will reach the street of Seize-Villas and Cent-Villas, a district called M'zungus. Retracing your steps, and going straight back down, you will pass the police station. If you continue straight on, you will find the General Council, the post office, the church and the cinema. On your right, after the church, you will find the Ouhayati Craft Centre.
