LE SABOT DE L'ATRE
A charming restaurant offering dishes made with local produce and desserts to die for.
Set in a stone mansion in the heart of a green setting, take a seat in the beautiful dining room with its monumental fireplace. The dishes are of the highest quality, beautifully presented and prepared with the finest local produce. We recommend the morel mushrooms in slippers stuffed with a light duck foie gras mousse, or the scallops with Puy caviar. The cuisine is fresh, refined and beautifully presented. A superb cart of cheeses from the Yssingeaux market and PDO cheeses from all over France, and desserts to die for. Harmonious wine list.
