THE 210 STEPS OF ACOUA
A beautiful, long hike through the Dzoumogné forest reserve, offering beautiful views of the villages and heights of the north of the big island, with its invasive, fragrant flora. On a clear day, the island of Anjouan is visible on the horizon, as are the small islets to the north and the beautiful seabed that can be seen through the water. Beware, however, as there have been several attacks on this site in recent years, and it's best to go in groups and without valuables. Naturalists regularly organize outings here.
