BAMBOU GRILL
Grill offering grilled chicken, with rice or grilled cassava and a traditional kangue.
Located on the traffic circle that leads to Tsingoni from the main road that connects the north to Combani, the Bambou Grill is a small and unpretentious address (vegetarians refrain!) where it is good to stop and eat local food in good company. On the slate: grilled chicken served with rice or grilled manioc, the traditional kangue (beef stew) or mataba. The service is fast and friendly. The owner regularly organizes small concerts of local music on Friday evenings, a change from the usual setting.
