Back on his native island, Anwar took over the family distillery to discover a real passion for ylang and spices from Mahoran, which he cultivates in the traditional way of the Mahoran garden, without chemicals and without damaging the soil. During the harvest period (June-December), Anwar organizes immersion days: morning harvest of the precious flowers, weighing and distillation, followed by a weaving workshop and a big shared meal and a walk to discover the other plants and spices cultivated (turmeric, cinnamon, coffee, tangerine...).
