This is a great rental option in the center of Ponta Delgada. Claudia's apartments are very well located and have all the necessary comforts: fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable bedrooms... The accommodations are built around a pleasantly landscaped courtyard, with small wooden terraces for all. Inside, soft, pale tones and contemporary decor. On site: free private parking, wifi, television... And above all, São Miguel is yours to discover.

We spent four wonderful nights here. The rooms are immaculate and well equipped. Claudia who manages the house was so responsive and helpful. Lots to do within walking distance.

Awesome place in a great location. The ocean is maybe 10-15 minutes by foot. There's a shopping mall 10-15 minutes away by foot as well. There was a bit of mold, but that seems to be the case everywhere in Ponta Delgada.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Esmeralda im Duplex Apartment für zwei Wochen im Dezember 2022 hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles an Grundausstattung ist da und eine sehr fleißige Dame bringt das Apartment fast täglich auf Hochglanz. Es gibt eine Garage und die Türen können alle per Code oder Handyapp geöffnet werden. Wir können die Unterkunft nur Weiterempfehlen. Die Gastgeberin Claudia war auch sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
