Do not rely on the appearance of the establishment, which is not very engaging. The 32 comfortable rooms are all equipped with telephone and TV, with private bathroom. There are some on the street, which is rather noisy during the day. The residence is located right next to the Machado Museum. Very good value for money.

Bien pour 2 nuits. Le personnel est vraiment top ! Et l'emplacement pour visiter Ponta Delgada est idéal.
Le parking gratuit est un énorme atout.
L'hôtel en lui-même est un peu vieillot et nécessité de monter quelques marches pour accéder à l'ascenseur donc un peu sport avec une grosse valise lourde et peu de choix pour le petit déjeuner

Apesar do hotel aguardar autorização para ser remodelado, foi uma boa opção. Tem um bom estacionamento exterior, o que é difícil encontrar. É central. Os quartos são espaçosos, tranquilos e os colchões são confortáveis e O hotel renovado passa a ser excelente. Fomos recebidos com cortesia. O pequeno almoço para mim é bom, embora lhe falte os ovos e bacon. Tem também uma máquina de moedas de apoio. Ao lado, existe uma padaria, confeitaria, aberta a maior parte do dia e noite. Uma pequena nota, a TV é pequena e poderia ter um suporte para avançar, para melhor leitura das legendas. O staff é delicado, atencioso e sempre disponível para ajudar. A nível de limpeza é perfeito.

We stayed at the Hotel Sete Cidades on July 2, 2023 and were very happy with our stay. It was reviewed as a budget friendly hotel in a great location and that is exactly true. The rooms were simple, clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Ours had balconies over looking the front with seating and a table. The roof top deck offered beautiful views of Ponta Delgada and the ocean. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Margarida, who worked the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Knowing we were flying in early morning she had rooms ready for us by 11:00 AM, helped us get our bearing and called cabs. We highly recommend the Hotel Sete Cidades!
