This location is beyond amazing, the staff are welcoming and so helpful , the rooms are beautiful and the beds are soft and very comfortable! The pool is very nice and couldn’t be happier with our visit. The bar is great and the restaurant is the best on the island.

Ficámos recentemente neste hotel e só temos boas críticas.
É um verdadeiro hotel de 5 estrelas, no que diz respeito a todos os parâmetros. Atualmente é muito difícil de encontrar um hotel com tão boa relação qualidade/ preço, mas este consegue fazê-lo de uma forma exemplar.
Tem um serviço com muita qualidade, funcionários verdadeiramente simpáticos e educados e ótimas instalações.
Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis, o mobiliário é adequado e as camas muito confortáveis. Disponibilizam vários produtos de higiene pessoal e um kit infantil, muito completo, com produtos adequados aos mais novos.
O pequeno-almoço é delicioso, com muitos produtos locais. E os funcionários do restaurante são muito educados e prestáveis.
Jantámos por duas noites no "Vapore" e a comida é bem confeccionada e deliciosa. O atendimento é excelente.
Tudo é pensado ao pormenor, para agradar o cliente. Tanto aos adultos, como às crianças.
A localização é muito central e de fácil acesso a pé a vários pontos do centro da cidade.
Por último, gostaria de acrescentar que o hotel é muito limpo, tanto os quartos, como as áreas comuns. Impecável!
Não podíamos ter escolhido melhor hotel!

Everything about the hotel was amazing. Centrally located. Room was spacious with many amenities. Staff was wonderful and helpful. The Vapour bar and the Balcony restaurants were both amazing. Had many meals there.

Best hotel we ever had in the world.we travel a lot but it was probably our first time in a 5 stars. It was very affordable since it was off season. Stayed for 4 nights. Nice location, staff is amazing, breakfast is aersome with a lot of choice, bed are comfy and the inside of the hotel is just very amazing.
Only downside is that it is lacking a jaccuzi and a sauna. Also the gym is very very minimalist. I would have loved at least a flat bench to make good use of the dumble. Its pretty much 2 treadmills, 2 bikes and a rack of dumbell without bench.
