Well located hotel in the center of Ponta Delgada, very warm welcome. The rooms are spacious, with a small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, quiet. Luckily, because the interiors of the rooms feel mildewed, and carpet it makes cough. The whole seems a little outdated and needs some refurbishment. Decent breakfast despite canned fruit salad.
