Ao fazer a reserva pedimos um quarto de casal visto sermos um casal, logo há partida era para ter uma cama de casal no quarto mas ao invés tinha era duas camas individuais encostadas uma á outra o que se torna muito desagradável e desconfortável pois as camas estavam sempre abri e se não estivéssemos com atenção era num estante para cair da cama

Se comportaron muy bien, la atención muy buena. Se nos olvidó en el hotel la tablet y nos lo enviaron al aeropuerto. Muchas gracias por el detalle. 5 estrellas en atención!

Die lobby ist echt cool. Der Rest leider nicht so. Für einen kurz Aufenthalt ist es okay. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straße. Durch gehend Partystimmung auf der Straße. Nervend ist die eine Straße die nur eine links Kurve hat mit Kopfsteinpflaster. Die ein Zubringer zur Hauptstraße ist. Jedes Fahrzeug egal welcher

Geschwindigkeit entstehen quietsch Geräusche. Die Nacht war eine Katastrophe. Zimmer 105. Auch der Kleiderschrank roch extrem. Leider gab es nur zum aufhängen von Sachen die Möglichkeit. T SHIRTS da muss man schon 2 Meter sein. Da viele in der Bewertung den Pool auf positiv bewertet haben muss ich mich fragen was so toll war. Ich stelle mal fotos rein und jeder kann sich sein eigenes bild dazu machen.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado ,es bonito y acogedor,el personal de recepción y en general son desagradables excepto la camarera de la cocina, con poca educación,pasamos por la recepción y había tres trabajadoras y a penas nos alejamos se soltaron a reír,no sé si al ser pareja LGTB les dió mucha gracia.

Original room was gorgeous, however there was extremely loud construction happening on the floor above us so we asked if there was another room to have as we were getting used to the time change. Our room was changed which was lovely, but to a slightly outdated room - this wasn't an issue as it was quiet and that's what we needed!!
We found the front desk employee at check in to be quick and efficient, however it also meant we didn't get a lot of information. We had to ask 3 times about parking, and it was only the 3rd time we asked that we were advised there is a key fob needed to get in. I also asked the front desk if local calls from the room had a fee and I was told it was free, however upon check out the local calls I made did have a charge. This was disappointing since I asked first, but I didn't bother pointing that out ... It was .40 euro a call so it was fine. But too bad that I asked first and got incorrect info.
The restaurant staff was great, room cleaning was awesome - I think I would recommend this place, but you need to make sure to ask the right questions.

Very cute boutique hotel, the only problem is the swimming pool is very small and the gym has a few equipments half are not operating. Not match with the 4* rating.

The property itself is full of character
Location - Right in the city center / facing a beautiful park
Reception - Friendy / pleasant / helpful
Breakfast buffet - Cooking from heart / quick refill
Housekeeping - They do a fantastic job
I highly recommend it and would stay here again for sure!

Hôtel atypique et convivial. Le personnel est accueil et disponible.
La piscine en rooftop donne une magnifique vue sur la mer (c'est vraiment un plus).
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec des produits frais.

Mid-sized independent hotel in a convenient location near both airport (5 minute drive) and city centre (5-10 minute walk). Spacious, clean room and excellent hot buffet breakfast served at reasonable hours. Staff were helpful and organized, and the hotel is in a well maintained historic building - not a modern Eurostyle hotel that could be anywhere, as many other 4-5 star hotels in Ponta Delgada are. Overall - good value for money! Would definitely stay here again.

Bel hôtel dans un bâtiment ancien. Malheureusement bruyant : bruit de la rue et de climatisation dommage. Bonne situation pour visiter la ville et l'île. Pas de parking gratuit à l'hôtel...

Je me suis rendu 5 fois aux Açores comme touriste. J'ai fréquenté 3 autres hôtels importants à Ponta Delgada. Le Talisman est de loin l'un des meilleurs hôtel rapport qualité/pris de Ponta Delgada. Be accueil, bon confort et localisation excellente. Hautement recommandé.

Très bon hotel situé au cœur du centre de ponta Delgada qui permet de rejoindre le centre à pied rapidement. Piscine très bien, et petit déjeuner très varié et très bon. Possibilité de commander le petit déjeuner dans sa chambre plus tôt pour partir en excursion.

This hotel has a certain charm but note that we could only have a cold and frugal breakfast - slices of bread, yoghurt and orange juice. I scribbled many things on the questionnaire of satisfaction, explaining nicely what are an electric kettle, tea and a dose of coffee...
