Come rain, shine or snow, the Cantinho Dos Anjos pub is always a good place to be! Even out of season. It's not for nothing that São Miguel locals compare it to Peter's Bar on Faial. Tourists and locals rub shoulders in a friendly atmosphere. It's all orchestrated by José Anjos, the owner, who'll be delighted to talk to you about his island, if he's not too overwhelmed by the draught beers... Note that if you prefer the seaside, the same manager also owns the atmospheric Baia dos Anjos bar, on the Portas do Mar marina.

PS : il semblerait que le patron dont le Petit Futé parle dans l'article soit décédé il y a 2 ans dans un triste accident de la route. Une grande plaque commémorative en bois lui rend hommage dans le bar.
