Le personnel n’est pas capable de gérer une situation de base. Présence d’un aliment allergique dans un plat. Aucune précision sur la carte, ni lors de la commande. Aucune solution proposée à part « c’est votre problème ».
J’ai dû payer le plat, sans pouvoir le manger. Aucun geste commercial ou proposition annexe. Pire expérience sur l’île.
Ps: Impossible de noter la qualité de la nourriture.

Uma grande desilusão.
Os funcionários não são capazes de lidar com uma situação básica. Presença de um alimento alérgico num prato. Não há pormenores na ementa ou no pedido. Nenhuma solução oferecida para além de "o problema é vosso".
Tive de pagar o prato sem o poder comer. Nenhum gesto comercial ou oferta adicional. A pior experiência na ilha.
Ps: Impossível avaliar a qualidade da comida.

Very big disappointment.
The staff are not capable of dealing with a basic situation. Presence of an allergic food in a dish. No details on the menu or when ordering. No solution offered other than "it's your problem".
I had to pay for the dish without being able to eat it. No commercial gesture or additional offer. Worst experience on the island.
Ps: Impossible to rate the quality of the food.

- Pork Supreme (tiny bit dry but tasted good)
Can be improved:
- Mains' sides: salad tasted/smelled weird and chips were unseasoned
- The view is marvelous, but it was difficult to see due to how dirty the windows are!
O restaurante tem bastante barulho.
10/10 ambiente, servicio y vistas.
Ensuite s'entendre dire après une heure d'attente que les plats, du thon, ne sont plus disponibles ... sans guère d'autre option que la casserole de poisson.
Sur l'addition, l'eau du robinet, servie en carafe est payante sans que des verres aient été mis à disposition...
Belle terrasse mais grosse déception ! Nous nous attendions à mieux. Rien de tel sur d'autres îles et villes beaucoup plus modestes ...
