Hotel de 2☆ muito bem cuidado, muito limpo e espaço humilde com staff simpático e atencioso. Local muito sossegado e em pleno centro das Furnas. Bom pequeno almoço.

Local modesto, mas limpo e acolhedor. Simpatia por parte de todo o staff. Carece de algumas melhorias de manutenção (torneira da banheira com peça partida). Sala de refeições com pouca luz e com decoração muito antiquada). Pequeno almoço bastante bom na relação preço/qualidade. Boa localização.

Hotel Vale Verde is an excellent hotel to stay in, especially if you are looking to be within walking distance of popular tourist attractions. The rooms are very clean and well-kept , and you can tell the staff work hard to make sure their guests enjoy every aspect of their stay. There is a complimentary breakfast every morning which includes a nice spread with freshly baked breads and fresh fruits. Luis, Cidalia, and Rui are wonderful and helpful to their guests and I will definitely be returning here soon!

I really enjoyed my stay here at Vale Verde! It's a great hotel in a great location-close to many tourist attractions! The rooms are clean and very nice. It is a family run hotel, and the staff are friendly and always there to assist your needs during your stay! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here.

I stayed here for one night so I could enjoy a night at the thermal pool without having to drive back to Ponta Delgada afterward. It was a good decision. I really enjoyed the room. It is not luxury, but it is comfortable, clean, and the staff is very friendly. There is a breakfast included and it is a perfect way to start the day. I would recommend this stay. The location is perfect.

Ein schönes, kleines Hotel direkt in Furnas.
Personal sehr freundlich.Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend mit verschiedenen Brot, Obst und Müslisorten. Kaffee, Milch und Säfte sowie Kuchen.Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ( sehr sauber) mit Badewanne ( ebenfalls sehr sauber) Balkon und Abendsonne.Das Zimmer bekommt „nur“ 4 Sterne, da wir uns einen Kühlschrank gewünscht hätten.Rund um Furnas ist es sehr ländlich mit tollen Wanderwegen und Landwirtschaft.Deshalb nicht wundern, wenn laute Landmaschinen am Tage durch den Ort rollen.Störte uns aber nicht, da wir so gut wie immer auf Achse waren. Wenn wir die Chance haben, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Parfait rapport qualité/prix. Service impeccable, la chambre est faite correctement quotidiennement et le petit déjeuner est simple mais efficace, du salé du sucré. L’hôtel est bien situé, en bon état, propre, pour le prix rien à redire.

we stayed for 3 nights and could not have been more pleased. It is a traditional fami6run hotel who take pride in keeping it clean and being friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, the towels are tired, double bed comfortable. The breakfast is limited, fresh fruit, rolls but homemade cake and the best portuguese coffee .
The location is superb, easy walks to restaurants, the fuming caldera ( go at night in the dark!), 10 minutes to Terra Nostra Botanical Gardens and massive orange coloured steam pool and another 5 minutes to the beautiful landscaped Poco da Beije hot springs.

Albergo 2 stelle, piccolino, che trova nella posizione il proprio punto di forza. Camere semplici ma normali. Colazione poco ricca. Il principale difetto però è che non è dotato di ascensore né di aiuto per cui bisogna portare al piano i bagagli autonomamente.

Camera enorme e molto pulita e silenziosa in una struttura che ha i suoi anni e le sue due stelle si sentono. Colazione scarna se non scarsa. Personale ondivago, la mattina gentilissimo la sera scorbutico. Posizione ottima.
A parità di prezzo si trova di meglio. In ogni caso chi si accontenta gode e la struttura è assolutamente dignitosa.

À quelques pas des Caldeiras de Furnas, ce petit hôtel propre permet une étape bien placée pour découvrir Sao Miguel
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel très sympathique.

Not bad at all! Excellent reception in this small hotel in the centre of Furnas. Simple but clean, free wi-fi available in the room. Decent breakfast despite some rotten fruit.
