QUINTA DO MARTELO

The setting is that of a restored old farmhouse. Everything is there: cow wood cutlery, sandstone plates, olive oil lamps, endemic plants for aperitifs, even the real wooden spade! The cuisine, typical, is well thought out. Try the Holy Spirit soup, if you haven't already done so. Otherwise, let yourself be tempted by sausages, sausages and other sweet potatoes. The flavoured coffee is delicious. And if you are lucky, the chef will come out of his kitchen and share with you his passion and maybe some of his secrets!
