An interesting visit, during which you will discover the whole process of making Terceira cheese. Here, it is a family story. The artisanal cheese making process begins with João Cota, responsible for the pasteurization of the milk, and ends with his wife and sister-in-law who make Vaquinha cheese daily. You can also have a drink or a bite to eat on the museum's large terrace. A gourmet visit!

Le bar à côté de la fromagerie de désemplit pas et il est possible de gouter quelques fromages. Malheureusement la fromagerie ne semble pas toujours ouverte pour les visites. Nous n'avons donc pas pu la voir.
