The island's only 4-star hotel, inaugurated in 2009. Contemporary in style, it boasts 44 rooms, 2 suites and 6 fully-equipped villas. Its original architecture blends seamlessly into the landscape. Impeccable comfort and top-class services: swimming pool, gym, sauna, etc. Some of the rooms boast lovely sea views, thanks to their location overlooking the bay of Porto da Barra. There's also a gourmet restaurant on the first floor. This is Graciosa's most upscale option.

Hotel estupendo en la isla de Graciosa. Buena ubicación y fantasticas vista. La Srta. Liviana ns atendió fenomenalmente y Marta en el Restaurante también demostró una gran profesionalidad. Nos ha quedado un recuerdo genial de la estancia en este hotl. Felicitaciones a la Gerencia por su equipo profesional!!!

Quartos agradáveis, poucas etiquetas no quarto de banho... só o estritamente necessário. Um quatro estrelas merecia um pouco mais. No pequeno almoço não aparecem produtos frescos da ilha ( ananás, queijo, leite...) Muitos produtos enlatados... e pouco variado. Pães e bolos muito mal cozidos

Horribly uncomfortable beds & pillows, lots of people complaining this week at breakfast, our backs are all very pained. My wife bought pain medication at the farmacia she is so bad. Refrigerator is useless, you take your key card to go out for the day, the electric goes off and food in the fridge is wasted. Restaurant was okay, breakfast not good at all, but dinner was okay. Very short staff, nobody clean any of our rooms in 4 days, staff at front desk also does restaurant, so you just sit waiting for them, 20 minutes one night. Me, my wife, and friends will not stay again.
