MUSEUM OF GRACIOSA
Museum housed in a typical Graciosa house, with beautiful exhibits and numerous themed rooms.
The museum was originally an "ethnographic house", housed in a typical Graciosa house that once served as a granary, mill andadega. In 2009, it was extended to include a contemporary building that deals with other aspects of the island's history, such as its geology, architecture and the importance of freshwater conservation. Beautiful exhibits, such as an impressive hay wagon, and numerous themed rooms provide a better understanding of the island and the lives of its inhabitants. Temporary exhibitions.
