Stately, pastel-green building in Hortas.
From the outside, the building is majestic. Its pastel green color and architecture are a sight to behold. The establishment was closed for almost 20 years and recently reopened in May 2019. The old blends perfectly with the new. The old windows, for example, have been preserved as closet doors. Dormitories or double rooms, some offer a beautiful view of Pico and Horta's famous marina.

Schönes Hotel in bester Lage an der Hafenpromenade von Horta mit fantastischen Blick auf die Nachbarinsel Pico. Abzüge gibt's für den schlechten Service beim Frühstück.

The hotel is in central position and the dormitories we stayed in were very nice and homey.
Breakfast was rich.

Atendimento deixa a desejar. Pouco staff para o número de pessoas, e as que estão ficam muito tempo à espera. Bem situado, perto do porto.
Recently renovated building, all beautiful and stylish, I just loved the high ceilings of the room and beautiful location next to the marina. The room itself was far better than some 5* hotels have (or *suites). Just wonderful ????
Also, take into account it's impressive historical building - tasteful and authentic - not many of these are still around. You won't be disappointed by the experience.
