WINE MUSEUM
Museum housed in a building dedicated to wine production for centuries.
A 17th-century building, once the agricultural facilities of the Carmelite convent, dedicated for centuries to wine production. The setting is magnificent, and the museum both interesting and interactive. All explanations are translated into English. Unfortunately, the imposing dragon tree in the garden, which was between 800 and 1,000 years old, has fallen; its red sap was used to dye clothes and make painkillers until the 1960s. Please note: admission is free on Sundays. All the more reason to go!
