When you enter the bar, you first check if you have not got the wrong address. No, that's right, there are some rooms in the bottom. Preferably, take a room upstairs, feel more comfortable. This is not the great luxury, but it is quite affordable. Furthermore, the owners are friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was good and accommodating. We had a problem with the restaurant and breakfast. The breakfast doesn't offer any vegetables or anything healthy in general. The dinner was disappointing. We had two glasses of subpar wine, fresh cheese plate - three small slices - and pizzas which were not tasty at all, probably being frozen before being served. The most overwhelming part was the price (over 50 EUR). This was the most pricy restaurant during our 10-days stat compared to what we ate and also the least delicious. Needless to say, dining options in Velas are overall very unsatisfactory.

Basically in the center of Velas, 5 minutes from the boat, on an important road, but rooms facing inwards thus zero noise.
Staff super nice and honest, very good breakfast for the price. Not sure what my expectations were, but hospedaria austrália surely beat them.
