Despite the horrid weather (which nobody can help or control), the place felt like a dream place. The personnel were very helpful and friendly; the breakfast menu was great; cats, donkey were all very cuddly… Hope to go back and see it in a sunny period!

Stayed here alone for one night while hiking in early March. Mostly empty but staff were professional, helpful and the rooms were nice. The food at the restaurant was beyond expectations. The steak I had was top 10 of my life. Cats, horses and rabbits all over the property. Lovely stay.

The location of the houses is amazing. The emblem of the island of Flores is next to a cascade of waterfalls. Strangely enough, these are virgin forests today. The staff at the reception is very attentive and treats what they love with great love. Dlmiki is a miracle, it seemed to me that it would be cold there, but upon entering it was almost like grandmothers in the village - warm and cozy! thank you all

Having stayed on 5 Azorean islands, this place was without doubt our favourite and most memorable stay.

This is thanks to the one-of-a-kind setting with incredible views, authentic homes turned into hotel rooms and a friendly cow as our bedroom view. Staff were wonderful too, really friendly and easy-going.

Given the old nature of the houses, don't expect fancy hotel room luxury and they got pretty humid inside but the dehumidifiers did help. All this was more than made up for by the unforgettable vistas!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und romantisch! Wir waren so positiv überrascht von der Anlage. Wir waren drei Nächte dort. Das Frühstücksbuffet war absolut genial!
Wenn wir wieder einmal auf Flores sind, dann werden wir wieder diese Unterkuft buchen!

This place is SO CUTE! You need to check it out at least for one night! Housed are pretty and clean and have their own atmosphere. Sunsets are stunning. Only thing to ba aware of is lady in a dining/breakfast location - she is super stern and wont take your orders unless you sit and wait for her at your table (even tho part of the breakfast is a buffet, she was a bit scary...). Go there! Recommend!!

Liebevoll restauriertes Dorf. Natürlich nicht so makellos und perfekt wie ein Luxushotel in einer Touristenregion, aber wer hierher kommt, möchte das bestimmt auch nicht. Wenn man bedenkt, an welch abgelegenen Ort sich die Anlage befindet, wird hinsichtlich Ausstattung und Service wirklich Großes geleistet. Das Frühstück ist gut und gesund, die Häuser sind mit allem Notwendigen für die Eigenversorgung ausgestattet und man kann direkt vom Dorf aus los wandern. Zudem liegt die Anlage noch im (unserer Meinung nach) schönsten Bereich von Flores.

More than the beautiful vistas and the magnificent facilities, the staff of this amazing resort are exceptional. No detail left unnoticed, no request denied. They made my friend's wedding weekend magical. Kudos to them all. Can't recommend highly enough.

Aldeia de cuada ist ein vor langem verlassener Ort, der zu einer Hotelanlage umgebaut wurde. Die Häuser sind rustikal, aber gemütlich. Kleinere Sachen könnte man mit wenig Aufwand verbesser. Ein schöner Ort.
Ich würde empfehlen, nicht das Haus José Maria zu buchen. Dieses ist gleich beim Eingang. Alle Gäste laufen dort durch, was es nicht so lauschig macht. Das Restaurant kocht sehr gut, aber etwas teuer. Vor allem über Mittag kostet der Hamburger 18 Euro, dann kommt bereits ein Fleischgericht für 42 Euro. Nicht so sinnvoll, wenn man einen leichten Snack möchte. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit einer grossen Auswahl. Die Häuser haben eine Küche, leider fehlt Salz, Pfeffer, Oel und Essig, also Sachen, die man selber nicht mitnehmen möchte (und auch nicht kann). Alles in allem aber ein Top-Ort, den ich sofort wieder buchen würde.

Nos gustó todo. Es un sitio mágico y espectacular. Es un antiguo pueblo abandonado
que han ido reformando poco a poco y convirtiéndolo todo en un complejo de alojamientos. la sensación de contacto con la naturaleza es total. Las vistas, el entorno y la ubicación son inmejorables. Un lugar ideal para disfrutar de lo mejor de Flores. El alojamiento tiene de todo, es una casa para ti solo. Además incluso hay posibilidad de desayuno (8€/ persona) y restaurante. El desayuno tiene parte de bufet y parte de carta. Inmejorable la atención del personal y la amabilidad de todos y cada uno de los trabajadores.

Soggiorno a fine luglio. Poco prima di arrivare a Faja Grande, l'estremità più occidentale d'Europa, si trova questo villaggetto in pietra recuperato dalle rovine e adibito ad alloggi turistici. Un sentiero di grossi ciottoli unisce la ventina di case che lo compongono. Appartamenti suggestivi con il sapore di una volta e tocchi di contemporaneità negli arredi. Colazione inclusa nel ristorante interno, personale gentilissimo. Giardino terrazzato dove si può anche mangiare e godere della vista dell'Oceano che porta nelle Americhe.

Un sitio maravilloso en plena naturaleza, era un pueblo abandonado que han restaurado las casas, cada una con diferente capacidad de personas, puedes cenar y desayunar en el restaurant que hay en el pueblo, hay que reservar a la llegada.son muy amables y todo está súper limpio, muy recomendables si vais a flores.

Passage unmissable!

Originally a fantastic welcome with attentive hosts, who offer to lay their visitors at the beginning of the hiking trails and garda us our luggage several days, was in Corvo.

Then, an incredible site, very beautiful, very calm.

The small houses are perfectly maintained and well-appointed. It is a pleasure to relaxing in the quiet. The site is well placed, easily accessible even without a car, in short, happiness!

However, Cuada has great things so much for the summer months, it is necessary to book early (houses are already reserved a year in advance).
