Welcome to the temple of Nikkei cuisine, Japanese and Peruvian fusion. Mitsuharu Tsumura is the chef who brought this new trend to its peak: number 5 in the latest World's Best 50 Restaurants. In a zen atmosphere, enjoy his tasting menu offering innovative, subtle and brilliantly executed Nikkei cuisine. The restaurant has celebrated its 15th anniversary, but no longer offers à la carte experiences. It is one of the city's most sought-after addresses, with many international customers. Reservations strongly recommended.
