Elegant pink house, blending perfectly with its prestigious architectural surroundings. The unpretentious establishment is run by missionaries from all over the world. It serves popular Creole and French cuisine, with several menus (from S/ 19 at lunchtime to S/ 55 the most chic), including a tasty "duck with honey and mustard". A la carte options are also available. It's clean, well kept, served with kindness. The atmosphere is a bit dark but the quality/price ratio is quite good, in short a sure value.

Ce restaurant n'est pas tenu par des soeurs, mais par des laïques et le personnel est composé de jeunes femmes immigrées victimes de mauvais traitements. Elles ne sont pas déclarées, pas payées, pas considérées. Elles reçoivent le minimum de soins médicaux. Le mouvement qui dégage de honteux profits sur leur situation fait l'objet de dérives sectaires et encourt des risques pénaux très importants.
Si vous allez à EAU VIVE, ce doit être pour manifester votre solidarité avec un personnel démuni et victime d'abus de faiblesse et aider ces jeunes femmes à sortir de la nasse dans laquelle elles sont enfermées
