This restaurant, by Jaime Pesaque, a native of Lima who trained in Spain and Italy, has gradually climbed the culinary ladder to become one of the top 10 restaurants in Latin America. A colorful cuisine where the product is the protagonist and sustainability an essential value. The Amazonian flavors marry the traditional products.
