Kjolle is currently on the2nd floor of Central. In a slightly less formal atmosphere, we discover the cuisine of Pia León, Virgilio Martínez's right-hand woman, sous-chef and wife. Bites are airy, colorful and imaginative. Will the pupil surpass the master? Pia has won numerous awards, including Best Chef in the World 2021. She also heads the Mauka restaurant at the Palacio Nazarenas in Cusco. Like all Lima's trendy addresses, prices have skyrocketed and only the tasting experiences are available in 9- or 7-course versions.
