Let's face it: the building is not very attractive from the outside but it is located 5 minutes walk from Kennedy Park. All suites are equipped with a dining room, a kitchenette and a bedroom with a double or 2 single beds and an adjoining bathroom. The Penthouse has three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a master bedroom with king size bed and whirlpool baths. The decoration would deserve a little expense, but the price is interesting. Frigobar, air conditioning, laundry, tv, wifi make the living room functional. The establishment also has a bar and a cafeteria. Be careful, the vía espressa (Paseo La Republica) is not far away and it is a noisy road.
