This mythical hotel, which overlooks one of the city's most beautiful squares, has undergone a complete remodelling. Check to see if the new rooms are available. During the work, we do not advise you to stay there. To console yourself, you can visit the ground floor which has a lot of character and there is still the warm bar with its inside terrace. Record to beat, that of Orson Wells (the establishment has a long history) and its 42 Pisco Sour.
