Rooms with carpet, mini bar, cable TV, air conditioning and private bathrooms. Balcony or view of San Martín square. The district, on the other hand, is a little sinister in the evening and the streets noisy. You will have one of the best views, but the whole is old-fashioned and far from impeccable.
