Jiron Ucayali is a small street that is now pedestrianized and rich in heritage and extraordinary facades. Seat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Palacio Torre Eagle is the most edifying and breathtaking example of colonial architecture. Built in 1730, it has two wooden balconies with shutters on the façade and a carved stone doorway of the purest Baroque style. The patio is surrounded by Moorish balustrades, arches and columns. You can sometimes visit it on weekends. Stop and look up.
