The four halls of this museum, with its Inca-style facade, contain everything that Peru has to offer in the way of handicrafts. Before heading off to the provinces, visitors can familiarize themselves with the ceramics and wood carvings of the Amazonian Indians (Aguarunas, Cocamas, Boras, Fakatayus or Shipibos), the mates burilados (engraved gourds) of Cochas, the altarpieces of Cusco, Andean textiles... A useful guide to antique crafts.
