PLAZA DE TOROS DE ACHO
The oldest bullring in America (1760), located on the right bank of the Rímac, was rebuilt in 1946. Every Sunday in October and November, the biggest names in bullfighting come here to compete for the Señor de los Milagros trophy. You can visit the Bullfighting Museum with its light costumes, photos and engravings (Goya, Buffet). Since the visit of Juan Carlos in 2001, these bullring are proud to have been the first to welcome a Spanish king. They are now used as a sports coliseum. For those who are passionate about the genre.
